Terms of Service.

By creating an account or using UIMessage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding agreement to use UIMessage. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements.

You register with a phone number and are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Because your encryption keys live on your devices, losing access to your device may mean losing access to your message history.

You agree not to use UIMessage to break the law, send spam or malware, harass or harm others, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Because messages are end-to-end encrypted, you are solely responsible for the content you send. We cannot monitor message content, but we may act on reports and on metadata-based abuse signals.

You retain ownership of the content you create and send. You grant us only the limited, technical permissions needed to transmit and deliver your (encrypted) content to its recipients. We do not claim ownership of your conversations.

We work hard to keep UIMessage reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may set reasonable limits to protect the service.

UIMessage, its logo, and the software are owned by Silicon Visions and protected by applicable laws. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UIMessage and Silicon Visions are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the service and its users.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
